1. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings made through our website or via direct contact are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed once:
- You receive a confirmation message from our team
- The required advance payment is completed
We may request basic travel details to ensure smooth service, such as pickup location, travel dates, and passenger information.
2. Payment Policy
- A partial advance payment is required to confirm your booking
- Remaining payment can be made before or at the start of the trip
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, digital wallets, or cash
Prices may vary depending on fuel costs, route conditions, and seasonal demand.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair:
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the trip
- 24–48 hours: partial refund may apply
- Less than 24 hours: no refund
In case of natural disruptions (weather, road blockage), we will try to reschedule or adjust your booking.
4. Vehicle Usage & Responsibility
All vehicles provided by Jeep Tour Nepal are well-maintained and operated by experienced drivers.
- Self-drive may be available upon request (with valid documents)
- Any damage caused during self-drive must be covered by the renter
- Smoking and illegal activities inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited
5. Driver & Travel Safety
Our drivers are familiar with Nepal’s terrain and routes. For safety reasons:
- Follow driver instructions during travel
- Avoid risky behavior in off-road or mountain areas
- Seat belts must be used where available
6. Delays & Route Changes
Due to Nepal’s road and weather conditions:
- Delays may occur, especially in remote areas
- Routes may be adjusted for safety reasons

7. Liability Disclaimer
Jeep Tour Nepal is not responsible for:
- Personal loss, injury, or delays caused by external factors
- Natural disasters, strikes, or road conditions beyond control
However, we will always do our best to support and assist during your journey.
